Global Learning GCF Global Learning. This site requires registratiion. This site is available to everyone. GCF offers free online tutorials in Windows XP; Office 2003, 2002 (XP), 2000, 97; Internet and email basics; and training in Life Skills. In addition offers online classes in Office 2000 and 2002 products. After successfully completing a class, you can earn a certificate of completion and IACET accredited Continuing Education Units (CEU).
